How long can the unused solution be kept?
We advise to replace your solution every 24 hours

 

Do I have to rinse after using Clinisan solution?
Do not rinse unless on a food preparation surface, as rinsing after disinfection will reintroduce contamination. We have testing to ensure once dried there is no chlorine residue left on the surface.

 

How long does Clinisan take to dissolve?
Clinisan will take 2 – 3 minutes to dissolve.

How can Clinisan help with sustainability?
Due to the reduction of plastic and carbon footprint of lower mass to be transported

Will Clinisan cause corrosion to metals?
It has very little/no effect on most metals, except for ferric metals of low quality are being used. Make sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for usage.

Will prolonged usage of Clinisan cause microbial resistance?
No, GERMISEP will not cause resistance and rotation is not necessary.

Can the tablet be divided for smaller volume preparation?
It is not advisable because the accuracy of the concentration will be compromised.

Do I have to remove soiling before using Clinisan solution?
Yes. In order to achieve complete disinfection, make sure to remove soiling.

What is the shelf life of your products?

3-5 years depending on storage conditions. Our expiry dates are clearly stated on packaging.
